The Professional USPS Postal Service Career Preparation Training Course is designed to prepare students for entry-level careers with the United States Postal Service (USPS). This comprehensive program provides practical knowledge of USPS operations, customer service, mail processing, workplace safety, postal regulations, and the USPS hiring process. Students also receive preparation for the USPS Virtual Entry Assessments (474–477), along with resume development and interview coaching.
